Only authorised people are allowed for pickup and drop of the child. In any other case, proper identification is required and prior intimation by parents necessary (Guardian I card). Transport facility (if required) will be provided. Exit Formalities are must.
An extra set of clothes need to be kept in child’s bag on daily basis. Avoid sending kids to school in mentioned cases: - Fever, running nose, any pain, skin rashes, upset stomach, cough and any other type of infection. Also, ensure that the child is not wearing any gold or expensive ornaments.
Child should be wearing clean, comfortable and easy to take- off clothing. Spare dress to be kept in the child’s bag on daily basis.
Parents should notify the school staff, if child is going to be absent for any reason. If the child is absent for three days or more, written notification is required. Parental participation, feedback and visits are important. School closure is possible in case of severe weather conditions, political or social problems and strikes. Teachers can only be contacted before or after school time. In any other case call office. Any change in phone no. or address should be reported to the office immediately. Please check the child’s bag on daily basis for any circulars or last minute changes in the plan.
